Dusk over the Bay

A cold but sunny day. After a delicious cheese scone treat (+500 cals) I went to my Over 55’s ‘dance’ class (-200 cals). After a cuppa and sustenance at home I went for a walk along the revetment. The sky was lovely. Alice, my cat, met me with a mouse when I got back.
