Riverside

Lovely sunny morning wandering the banks of the Thames around Port Meadow just north of the centre of Oxford.  Main picture is a very active kingfisher that was reluctant to settle anywhere for long (and certainly not where the light was behind me!) - the little egret and the heron (see the extras) were rather more co-operative.
