Potty Easter

A bit of colour perhaps. It's been a bit of a 'potty' Easter. It is so unseasonally cold, but the sun has been shining at last. I have been painting all day (walls that is), so not much of an opportunity to get out and about for an interesting photo. Potty events at Sunderland as well, with the sacking of Martin O'Neil and the appointment of the 'Right Winger' Di Cannio. Well, at least it has meant that David Milliband has decided to give up his Vice Chairman position (15 days ...nominally...a year for a mere £75,000 per annum) in protest at the new managerial appointment. At least he has some principles, but then again it was rather convenient, as he will probably be earning that every week on the New York political, media and celebrity circus. He should do a double act with his mentor Blair, and they could pull £100K per after dinner speech. What a mad world we live in. At least the Church are starting to make a stand and even Welby has said do not promote individuals (and institutions) to untouchable god like status - we are all (not) infallible after all?

Spring is here !
