The leaves have left

Later than usual the leaves have finally fallen from these trees. The main trunks are still clothed in Ivy 
however. And there are other varieties of tree which still retain many leaves.

This was a new walk for us. A circular round using part of the Lancaster Canal towpath. We drove to a 
supermarket for a new supply of the dark chocolate we favour. The only thing we buy there.
The walk started after another five minute drive. It was good to discover a new walk after living here for 
26 years. It had some wonderful landscape views but the haze was not good for photography.
