Another Dog Walk, Another Reed Blip

Was a bit startled to see someone in the water at Aros, not wild swimming but bathing and washing some clothes.  I think the man is homeless and living in the woods there (have seen him occasionally over the last few months), am really quite concerned for him as it is going to be pretty damn cold towards the end of the week.  Will contact the ranger, see what she says.
