Trip To The Supermarket.

Another day of pouring rain.  Apparently, we are in for a very wet summer.

I hadn't intended going out, but we needed some milk.  And Mia wanted to come too.

She held my list and directed me to the shelves.

At the checkout she handed me all the goods for me to scan and pack.

The assistant at the check out gave her a pad and a magic pen (one of those when you draw the pictures magically appear)  She was delighted and couldn't wait to get home to use it.

When I picked Isabella up from school the pathway from the car park into school was flooded.

I noticed most of the schoolkids took their shoes and socks off to walk to the cars.

I didn't, my shoes are absolutely sodden!
