A Change From Pumpkin Pie

Today I made the desserts for tomorrow's Thanksgiving meal.  I decided to try something different from the usual pumpkin pie, although it may not go over well, considering how devoted some people can be to the "traditional" recipes! 

This is Ina Garten's Pumpkin Mousse Parfait concoction -- mostly rum and air,  with some hints of pumpkin and ginger!
