Mince Tarts

Made a bacon and Onion Pie for tea and always have a bit of pastry left over and it was either a jam role or mice tarts, the latter won. We prefer them with icing on instead of a pastry top.

Not a bad day today but I didn't bother with gardening today just indoor stuff. It got dark early though I had to put the light on at quarter to 4
