Unearthed

I was head down and bottom up in the garden today.  While shoveling the earth out of a derelict wine barrel I hit four concrete tiles.  One of the owners of this house was keen on making mosaics.  I have found several and have them displayed in the garden.  Not sure where this lot will go yet.  The wine barrel did have a lantana in it but that has died.  I now have the four steel hoops from the barrel that can be bolted into a sphere and hung from a tree.  
New Zealand has been called a hermit kingdom by some because we have kept our boarders closed for so long.  Finally there is a crack in the kingdoms wall.  From April 30th 2022 fully vaccinated  overseas visitors can enter.  They will have to self isolate for seven days.  It's a start.
