As the hours that we can go on the water to row are limited to daylight hours, we have an opportunity to train indoors on Wednesday evening. This means working on stamina and strength. Every Wednesday I am pushing boundaries, there are so many exercises that I never thought I would be able to do again after my acute myelitis 6 years ago. Still not able to do all the exercises, but I think my neurologist would be proud!
