I had an appointment at 1030 at the gym for a programme to be worked out with the trainer.  And I was also on a machine that worked out your body fat -  eeeeek!

Afternoon picked up Saffy and had a walk and then to the house with her.  She was away home before Ben arrived .  We had a game of Metro, not played that for ages .

Sitting watching Celebrity and I’m not really getting it this year, the screeching of Frankie and Coochie hurts my ears!  The screaming of these two makes me mute the show.  

Maybe will be better with the other two coming in.  I really prefer it in Oz.  And if they are in a castle how come they are in t shirts?
