Medal!

I was expecting this to be a cheapie plastic thing but it’s very weighty. I’ve never had a medal before so this is exciting. I’ll shut up now about my 1000 miles and get going down Route 66 where I’m already about 20 miles behind schedule;-).

In others news I’ve got a sore throat again (Covid -ve) and spent far too much on Black Friday hotel deals with a favourite Suffolk hotel group! I’ve decided to celebrate my upcoming 50th birthday with a fun weekend away every month for a year!!
