Tup transport

A tup wanders in this morning. It’s completely unwilling to be herded out. Instead, Jim and I haul it onto the back of the quad, where it lies relatively calmly as it’s driven away.

I joint one of the cockerels and put it in the slow cooker with a bottle of wine. Then it’s into town for a night of social revelry.

Dinner at Chiruzu on Morrison Street with the IF5, sporting Graeme Smith substituting for Garrett. It’s a BYOB Japanese restaurant: the food is excellent and copious, the wines are varied and historic.

For afters, we head to the Jolly Botanist and are joined by the Cyberselves cadre. First, Tony and Richard, and some time later Daniel and Michael. Things get quite animated, but we are saved by closing time.
