Beinn Mhanach in the distance (I think)

Out on a trip today. The forecast was for sleet and maybe even high winds but luckily the bad weather held off till later. Instead we had dry snow interspersed with sunshine. Nothing lying on the ground but it was very chilly.

The wind is now howling outside and I'm glad to be home.

Beinn Mhanach means Monks' Hill as it was named for a monastery at its base, now long gone. Beinn Dorain (maybe meaning hill of the otters) in the extra.
