Just a Leaf

My routine of exercises got harder today, but I am managing; I can finally see the benefits of exercising. I can get up and down by myself( with the help of my walker). 

I think my expectations were too high; I was told having a hip replacement was easy. I wonder if I will say the same thing when this is over.
