Midweek movie

It was payday today (woohoo!) I'd arranged to go out to see In the loop with a couple of mates. Since I was going to be in town all night I got Roz and Mads to meet me in town beforehand so we could all go out for dinner. They headed off by about twenty to seven and, after the food, we had time for a qquick drink before catching the 8 o'clock showing.

Very good it was too. If you've not seen it and are a fan of The thick of it or any of Armando Iannucci's stuff then it's well worth seeing. It was a bit disconcerting as a fan of The thick of it but only because so many familiar people were playing different characters from in the series.

Still worth seeing though.
