Birthday Balloon!

1°C  -  8 mph WNW Wind Speed  -  16 mph Gusts  -  Overcast.  Spent most of morning clearing up the debris that had landed in my garden during the storm.  Some which belonged to neighbours I recognised and returned  -  some I could not, like this deflated balloon!  I felt very sad to find it and thought of the poor Birthday child probably crying because their Birthday balloons had got blown away by Storm Arwen!  It’s been exceptionally still today  -  hope it’s not the still before another storm!
