Family Zoom

We haven't had a family zoom chat for quite a while so there was a lot of catching up. Granddaughter Anna joined us from Manchester uni and it was good to hear how she is adjusting to her new life - so grown up now. Despite most of them having recently been victim to Covid, fortunately it wasn't a significant problem for any individual; let's hope it continues that way with others with the latest variant.

I spent a few hours this afternoon volunteering at Waddesdon Manor. Very cold but very busy. My role today was queue control getting visitors from the car park up to the house (not open) and grounds on the Waddesdon buses - manic at times. Great fun and most of the role is keeping visitors happy.

Now in front of the fire with a glass of wine after a good meal....
