A long walk

Felt a bit rough today post-jabs. I could have stayed in bed! But badly needed to do a food shop, and afterwards popped to see my sis in law who is recovering from recent dental surgery. ‘Shall we get some fresh air?’ she said. I envisaged a gentle stroll around the block…. But clearly after being cooped up for a few days she was ready for a long walk. Almost 10k and lots of hills, almost dark when we got back. I was SO cold. A bath and dinner have set me right but I am aghast at how quickly the weekend has gone by!
