Easter Lilly

As my dearest cannot eat chocolate we gave her a bunch of lilly buds for Easter and when I came home from work this one had opened. i like the nice big single stamen and the colours of the petals from bright white through to lemon white.

It was at this point that my dearest reminded that the pollen from these flowers make her sneeze. She was being polite yesterday when I gave them t her by saying nothing.

I reminded her that these were from Marie and how is a black lab supposed to know these sorts of things. Think I dodged the bullet on this one (not).
