A plate of petals

On November 27 blipper The painterswife posted a windowsill with petals drying, it made me look at the plate of dried rose petals l have been saving to do something with. As yesterday was a day spent mostly trying to reconnect the link with my camera and tablet and the fact that it was very cold out l have now used them. I like what l call the 'old masters' colouring.
