Table visitors

I am surprised that the snow has hung around this long as I fully expected it to have all gone by this afternoon. It has melted a bit, but the ground still has quite a covering. 
The bird table was mobbed 3 seconds after I put out some food. We even had a starling jostling with the pigeons, which is quite unusual - they normally prefer the offerings in our neighbours garden. 
A relaxing day with some reading, jigsaw and a bit of online shopping. We don't have many gifts to buy, but getting them ordered is always a task I am glad to have out of the way.
