Garden Stag at Pynes House

It was a clearing up, packing & long driving home day… until we got to P’s sister Jacqueline’s to celebrate Hanukkah with all the great nephews and nieces - 7 of them and another on the way.

Hanukkah is the celebration of the miracle of the oil burning on the Temple for 8 days, which is symbolised with 8 candles, 8 days of gifts for children and oily food - so pizzas and doughnuts at Jacqueline’s. Ah well, it’s only once a year!
