Sleep Sound

It's that  dog again. Think I'll be joining him soon. Another awful night's sleep last night. Hope tonight is better.

Very cold here but ran with the guys and my friend D telling us alll about his marathon in Nice this past weekend. It went well. Very pleased for him.
