A "Postbox Topper"

Is this a new craze? Seen in the main street of Matlock Bath A sign next to it says that it has been done by a small group of local walkers called the 'Badger Brigade' - you're supposed to take photos and post on a number of Facebook pages (Well I've done the first bit!) We had a coffee and cheese scone in a pleasant café in the street - hence the extra photo
