A second day of walking took us to the Manifold Valley: luckily, although there are signs for a public right of way here, our route did not take us through this gate!! Later we walked past Thors Cave - extra photo - which we recalled visiting from a different direction, last year when we were amazed at the lack of social distancing amongst the crowd that had gathered there
