Last of the leaves
A busy morning as our grandson was dropped off at the childminders and we then had 3 hours to go shopping for some of their house requirements. I wouldn’t say l had seen the best of the area but enjoyed a quick tour of the shops.
Our grandson was a little tearful when picked up but that is not surprising it’s very early days and he was tired. He had a good play at home after his sleep and then we went for a walk locally. We found an area with a small stream and lake. These trees were nearby. By the time we were home it was getting dark we were using the words going home and Lucas was repeating this. I think he is beginning to understand that he is in his new home.
