A dull wet day today, and my first festive lunch today and book club dinner tonight - it’s beginning to feel a lot like Xmas

Starting with the extra - from the bottom up
Base chakra - grounding
Sacral Chakra - sexuality and creativity
Solar plexus - power
Heart Chakra - love
The Throat chakra - communication
And my blip - the third eye - intuition
