Frozen flower again. This time I filled a food bag with water and put an Alstromenia in it. I then put the bag in a glass and froze it. Played around with it in the defrosting stage! A good distraction. 
Quite liked this way. 

Had to cancel a walk this morning , and have spent most of the day in bed eating very little. My stomach is still unpredictable and sore. Think I'll need to phone the Dr tomorrow. 

Don't feel in a good place.
