All the leaves are down……misquoting the Carpenters

My customary wander up the garden before breakfast, a bit later this morning. Hard to believe we were covered in snow recently.
I may finally manage to plant the spring bulbs today! Very late!
But I’ve looked it up on the oracle and am assured it is possible.
The Gang of Four, (I named them!) who were here last week also laid new timber “sleepers” by the raised beds.
It looks so much better. Quite a few had begun to rot in places lately.
