Valdediós revisited

The main photo shows one wall of the courtyard of the monastery of Valdediós, outside Villaviciosa. The enclave includes a pre-romanesque church (9th century, San Salvador), a romanesque church and monastery (13th century, Santa María), and this large terrace, whose date and original purpose I don´t know. It does now house an office which inter alia sells visits to the churches, and an albergue - a pilgrims´hostel on the Camino de Santiago.  It was taken with a golden-leafed tree in front; so I´ve put a plain facade, in black and white, in the extras.
