Conifercone cap

Came across a few pine cones with fungi growing out of them this morning. Seen from a distance I initially thought they must be the Earpick fungus which always grows out of pine cones. However, its not that one. The Earpick fungus is asymmetrical and has spines rather than gills. This is likely to be the Conifercone cap (Baeospora myosura).
