What a treat!

Walking up Portobello Road this afternoon I noticed the 'Christmas House' had turned on the power. Every December since I can remember this house has been a beautiful seasonal beacon at the top of the market.

It was very special to meet Lesa and her daughter who live in the house.

Lesa is promoting a Jamaican Christmas Market in Acklam Village on 23rd December. I'm excited because it will have a Jerk Zone which means I can make up for the chicken I missed because Carnival was cancelled again.
