Over the road

Down on the adjacent estate to us (everyone thinks we are all part of one big one anyway) there is close of houses that all make extra special effort to decorate at Christmas. For the last few years they’ve put a cardboard sign over the real road sign, but this year I’ve noticed they’ve gone up market and actually added this above.
I’m not sure if it’s "home made" ?? The black gaffer tape holding it together suggests it is. Ummmm, anyway I shall go back after dark one night and take a "bigger picture" to see it all in action.
