I am no Mary Berry ————-

My friend and fellow blipper, Kensa56, asked me to make a Birthday cake for her birthday tomorrow. Now I am no master baker and I am not particularly into baking but I rose to the challenge and hope that I have done her justice. It doesn’t look very professional but I hope it will taste ok! Carrot cake by the way!
My usual customer is my 3 year old Grandson who is pretty easy to please !!
The ‘proof of the pudding’ will be revealed tomorrow lunch time!! I have advised her not to read today’s blip!
