6 geese a-laying. This is the haberdashery shop window where the twelve days of Christmas in knitted characters is on show.
Christmas shop window dressing in town this year is very impressive, the twelve days of Christmas is also the theme for a children’s competition, a group of people who meet regularly in the Town hall to “knit and natter” have produced the items which children have to pair with the shop for each day of the song.
Auntie was in good spirits today when I visited, I had a chat with one of the nurses who informed me that she had been dehydrated yesterday and after intravenous rehydration over night seemed to be much calmer and less confused .
3 weeks now, a long time to be in hospital with no diagnosis in the pipeline. I have another visit planned for tomorrow as cousins are having some family recovery time.
