Spider

This is what we refer to as the spider diagram.  It shows the fundamental drivers of a leadership team of three people.   This particular team had never shared what makes them tick as individuals and what that means collectively. The x marks show where they may have some collective watchouts if they want to succeed in their ambition for their company. If they were to get a person on board with these postions it would really help them get to where they want to be in five years time.
