Fixture

Guiseley were hosting York City in a National League North fixture at Nethermoor.

A meeting of these two teams will always conjure up memories of the night five years ago when the floodlights failed for an hour, but that didn’t spoil a fabulous 6-1 win for Guiseley. 

This season both teams have been occupying the bottom third of the table and it was a fairly even game, with chances at both ends. It was York that won it though, with a single goal just before the end.
