Pyjama Appeal…

At church this morning. We’re supporting the Children’s Hospital Pyjama Appeal this year. Their slogan is Spreading love through Comfort.

For the second Sunday in Advent we looked at Mary, and watched a very contemporary video from www.christmasfromscratch.org. So different from the Mary we think we know. Another challenge.

Then a long drive in lots of traffic to Finchley for some time with M & E, Oliver & Sophia. Mainly Sophia…
We came home a different route, through London. Longer but far more interesting with lots of lights to see; Oxford Street and Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Hyde Park and Winter Wonderland. Fortnum & Mason in Piccadilly looked so different and is my extra.
