Rainy Lane

I had a new pair of tyres installed on my car today.  One tyre was down to below 3mm on the shoulder, the other at about 3mm; each was above the minimum depth but I have been able to feel the loss of grip over the last week or so and thought it prudent to spend the money.  At least I didn't have to do all four at once.

This was a scene that I captured in March (https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2819129082875216942) when we moved to our house, but in today's weather I judged it suitable as a contrast.  I anticipate being unable to get a decent shot tomorrow, unless I brave the sea spray at the coast with my non-weather-proof cameras.

I should (again) come clean and admit that some enhancement has taken place for this Blip.
