Back at it!

Carys is so happy to be back doing conditioning classes, via zoom, with the ballet physio. They are still modifying the exercises as required by her rehab recommendations, but she is back. Hurrah!

Perspective is a funny old thing isn't it. That Christmas tree is six foot. Carys is not taller than it, she is tall, but not that tall!
