All Knitted For Christmas

The Yarn Bombers have done it again. This year Hertford’s postboxes are each topped with a 2’ tinsel bauble. Inside an opening at the front, we can see an astoundingly detailed knitted or crocheted scene. They are all different; this one depicts three mice enjoying a meal together under a tree, in which sits a family of robins. And all under a knitted sky.

I may well blip others as I come across them. I’m pretty sure the Yarn Bombers do it for fun but they also ask for donations to the Samaritans; a worthy cause.
