Survivor

Just like Oreo. Unbelievably, she somehow pulled through the night. Last night, she collapsed by the back door, and she was down and out. I fully expected to find her gone when I got up. Nope. She was in front of the fire, but got up, had a drink and a bite to eat. Today she rested, but was alert. Right now she’s on my lap, resting comfortably. It’s our thought that she is not quite ready to leave. We keep telling her it’s ok to go, but you know cats. It will be on her own terms, and her own time. Sorry for the false alarm, but thank you for your kind words and support.
