St. Nicholas Day

I remember when I lived in Belgium (many years ago) on December 6th, St. Nicholas came around and gave gifts to the children. 
One year my husband dressed up as him. 
I stopped at the lake today and apparently they put a Christmas tree up over the weekend. It brightened up a grey day.
