The old saying was right, the day down in Deal deteriorated and by afternoon there was rain and some sleet.

Weatherwise: at 10am 3° feels like -1. As named storm Barra bowls in there are yellow warnings out for winds up to 53 mph around here. My heart goes out to people up north who have still not had electricity reconnected since Storm Arwen over 11 days ago and here is the next big storm coming in with lots more snow and cold.
