Christmas resistance bands

My bed rails are festooned with red resistance bands

(Resistance bands, also known as workout bands or exercise bands, are stretchable bands used for both physical therapy and general fitness.)

It looks very Christmassy and coupled with a few flashing lights, I can start singing carols.
