Viva Survivor

I passed my viva voce (oral exam)! Finally finally... I obtain a PhD.

I had one internal examiner and two examiners, one from Imperial College London and the other from Darmstadt.
Both of them have been leaders in their field for some decades.

The blip is of the post viva party at Old Bell Inn. I feel very happy to celebrate with my friends.

I will be taking up a postdoc position in the same group, so I will be staying in Edinburgh for the next two years!
