huzzah!

We got the holiday cards into the post office mailbox!!

I did something good at work, hopefully I will get to do more interesting things. (I showed off my brilliant intellect and extraordinary knowledge base.)

I did another good thing at work and hopefully someone else's work life will be easier.

Karen, on the other hand, had a rougher day. She was trying to send someone chocolates as a thank you. The chocolate company typically lets you pick specific chocolates but, ... Covid, so things are messed up. She called the company. The only way she could tell the company which chocolates was by putting the info in the section that is usually a note to the person receiving the gift. To fit all the info in she had to abbreviate (ex TPB for Thai Peanut Butter). But now someone is going to get a box of chocolates, she is not going to know who they are from, she is not going to know why she got them, and the note is going to make absolutely no sense at all.

Mystery is good.

Speaking of mystery, what is happening in this picture? Behind the school there was a giant inflatable something, and then there was this fellow being crushed by the giant inflatable something, and he and his compatriots were laughing. It was a giant inflatable slide and it was more interesting than my attempt to take a picture of the buds on Fire Glow.

Thank you for the compliments for my spy picture :-)
