Black hole

On the hunt today in our church tower for the church xmas tree lights & decorations. Alas there was no star to lead me to them, so the hunt continues.

This small section is the only place where there are handrails. You can see why if you look. 

Rugby Safeguarding 
I had an urgent meeting last night with a couple of junior team managers about a player of concern ( & his father), we've been discussing for a month or two.

I'm no expert, nor professional, but can see that we need to take action now, and being independent I can clearly document and construct a case and plan for how we manage the situation, for the managers and club officials to review etc. The RFU (governing body) have plenty of guidelines we can use.
