Twa reindeers

I received a letter this morning from NHS to get a chest x-ray on 3rd December. The letter was written on 25th November but the address was this one in East Kilbride  but minus the post code  and the post code for Tarbet and Lairg were on it too so the letter went to Lairg  and some poor postman was trying to find East Kilbride there.I  phoned the hospital to get another appointment  but as I  missed the appointment they wouldn't  give me one even although it was them that made the mistake and told me to go back to the doctor and send another referral. No wonder the NHS has no money. I  couldn't get through to the doctors so will have to phone tomorrow.
